No specific authority for inclusion of the site within the larger site submission has been given and the party responsible for the larger submission does not have an interest in the site
Particularly concerned by suggestion that part of the site may have been identified/allocated for Green Space in the wider HRN allocation, this is not in accordance with our understanding
We believe the site is not allocated as Green Space, therefore available for further consideration

A potential development provides 130 dwellings on the site, a density of 31 dph. This layout has been informed by technical analysis and also in consideration of emerging policy. The owners have undertaken pre-application advice as well as sought advice from counsel on the proposals
It is proposed that this site is allocated for the development of 130 residential dwellings. This would make a significant contribution towards the unmet housing need for Luton that is not included in the commitment figure for Houghton Regis North.
