FEMA and ELR do not sufficiently capture the future growth opportunities and therefore the land required in order to deliver this future growth.
Ambitious growth targets require more development land to come forward to create additional employment opportunities.
Sites at Biggleswade and Stotfold can accommodate a diverse mix of occupiers to support and sustain population growth.
