METHODOLOGY - North of Luton assessment does not outline full infrastructure costs and includes Central Government money.
METHODOLOGY - methodology is not clear on how borrow costs are considered.
METHODOLOGY - methodology does not consider the land value of non residential areas.
This report is fundamentalist floored from the CBC residents point of view. The report says that developers will be able to make money from building new homes but does not cost out the infrastructure requirements for impacted existing residences or new residents, it only says we will ask central government for money which is not estimated or guaranteed. How is this a viable way to proceed?
