Housing Policy Technical Guidance SPD

The Housing Policy, Technical Guidance Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) has been produced to provide detailed guidance on the interpretation and implementation of housing policies in the recently adopted Central Bedfordshire Local Plan (2015-2035). The SPD covers six individual Local Plan Chapter Sections, in addition to sections providing extra information to key topics that impact the Local Plan Policies. To make a submission on the whole document click on the blue icon on the left. Then choose the submission category as ‘Support’, ‘Comment’ or ‘Object’. If you want to comment on several different chapters within the document where the category of ‘Support’, ‘Comment’ or ‘Object’ may differ, then multiple submissions can be made using the same blue icon stating the reference to the chapter in the submission.
