Legally compliant? Yes

Sound? No

Duty to co-operate? No

Representation Summary:

Arlesey cross promised a relief Road for high street and this still has not been completed. Some houses have already been built putting more construction traffic on an already congested road. Of more development starts before a road is built this will not help the situation. Also all schools, dentists, and doctors in Arlesey area area already full and from previous experience these are last to be built.

A03
P10

Change suggested by respondent:

Ensure relief Road is in place before any construction and build on brown field sites before we flooding more green fields
