Section 12.9.3 does not provide an example of "Climate Change Resilience Measures". Rather it provides an example of current flood relisience, without any climate change impacts included. I feel that the 2nd sentence should read:
"For example, the air bricks of a building can have removable covers and electric sockets can be elevated to minimise flood damage, despite the property just outside the flood risk area for today's climate."
