12.2.3 These design aims are excellent. It may be reasonable to add some ideas about handling heat-waves as well? Some of this is covered very lightly in 6.22.12 but it should be referenced in more detail in this section. I notice that external shutters, as used in southern Europe, are not referenced, and they may be the most appropriate form of shuttering. Commentary on this type of should be included.
