4.0 Payment
4.1 The current fees and charges can be found on our fee schedule . If you submit your application through the Planning Portal you will need to pay your planning fee and their handling fee to them. Please note that they won't forward your planning application to us until the fees have been paid. The Planning Portal only sends us the planning fee, the handling fee is what they charge for using their site. The handling fee is non-refundable.
4.2 If you are not submitting through the Planning Portal then you can pay using the following options:
Pay by cheque (for hard copy applications only)
4.3 Further details on how to pay can be found on planning fees and how to pay . Please note we do not accept cash and strongly discourage payment by cheque.
4.4 If you are not submitting through the Planning Portal and have paid an alternative way, please include any proof of payment/ remittance advice. Without this information it may delay validation of your application.
