12.0 Local List Adoption and Review

12.1 In accordance with the constitution the local list will be adopted following the consultation period and in consultation with the Executive Member for Planning.

12.2 The local list requirements will be reviewed if not before, every 2 years in accordance with the requirements set out in the NPPF.
